Coping With Stress
Life's challenges sometimes overwhelm us, causing stress. Stress is a necessary part of life, and can motivate us to take responsible actions. When it becomes too much for us to handle, however, the outcome is detrimental to our physical and mental health. I provide my clients with the education and tools they need to regain control of their lives by learning how to identify and manage stress, thereby obtaining the peace that is necessary for a quality, healthy life.
